the shades are alittle hard to retract, they bend and have to be guided slowly. They look fine, except for the white on the header. Why that was put on is beyond me. Just a tan or light brown like the inside part would have been better. I wish I could have known about that before I ordered them so I could have asked for it to be a different color. They do block out the sun and that is what I wanted.

I will purchase from them again!

The blind is really state of the art. You just have to pull it down and push it back up - there are no cords to pull up and down. Raising it sometimes takes awhile to do - you need to push it back up and then wait while it contracts so you can continue to raise the blind to the top.
