Continuous cord mechanism seems old and sluggish. Perhaps sitting on the shelf too long. WD 40???? I'm a little disappointed, considering the quality of the fabric and design.

Love the look that it provied my kitchen window. However, the rectractor is up have way so I have to get a chair to open them. If the retractor was at the bottom it would have been perfect. The material is wonderful.

Look great, good range of color options, but having chosen the cordless option (the reason we went with Comfortex), I find the small metal pins which attach the cords to the back of the blind keep getting detached (and so some get lost). Also, getting the larger blinds to retract fully (the final fold) can be tricky.
Look great, but not an ideal option if you are raising and lowering your blinds every day!
