Don't order white with the beaded cord

We have a large double window in our great room, which is visable when you walk in the front door. We chose a white natural roman shade with beaded continuous cord. We wanted the beaded cord because the continuous cord would provide better control when raising the shade on this large window. The placement of the beaded cord mechanism causes the roman shade to rub against the beading and leaves a blackish streak down the shade. Eventually, it could cause breakage with the vanes of the shade too. Bali's solutions to this problem were not acceptable and we had to switch out for the pull cord. I understand from Bali's support dept. that this occurs on this shade all the time - it is just more visable on the white wood.
